Legal Training

Rolando earned his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, where he distinguished himself both academically and in leadership. He served on the executive board of the Latino Law Student Association and founded the Latino Law Student Association Moot Court program, in which he also competed. Rolando also earned the prestigious CALI “Excellence for the Future Award.” Prior to law school, Rolando received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Political Science, from California State University, Fullerton.
